The lie of the day is written by a team of renegade alpacas who have kidnapped a red-handed tamarin for its opposable thumb and superior typing ability at 47 words per minute.  Since alpacas can’t read, it’s not known why the tamarin has yet to write a call for help in the guise of a lie.  It is possible that the tamarin has come to care deeply for his captors… either that or he’s planning to kill them all in their sleep once they begin trusting him.
